1. Photography and Video Notice
Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional, social media, archival, and general event-related purposes. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in media coverage.
2. Opt-Out Procedure
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded are responsible for explicitly notifying the event organizers and event media personnel at the earliest opportunity. Where reasonably practicable, organizers will make appropriate efforts to avoid intentionally photographing or recording individuals who have indicated an opt-out preference.
3. Direct Communication
Attendees opting out are requested to make their preference directly known to photographers, videographers, and other attendees taking photos or videos in their vicinity.
4. Crowd and Background Notice
Organizers cannot guarantee the total exclusion of any individual from incidental appearances in crowd scenes, background shots, or wide-angle coverage. However, reasonable steps will be taken to respect explicitly communicated opt-out requests.
5. Third-Party Disclaimer
The event organizers accept no liability or responsibility for photographs, videos, or recordings captured and published by other attendees or independent third parties operating outside the control of the organizers.
