Membership Terms & Conditions
-
Membership will be highly solicited but not mandatory for people to attend or participate in events organised by Sujan.

Membership will be valid and renewed yearly i.e. between January and December of the Calendar year.

Membership will be open to join throughout the year via Sujan Website.

Membership fees will be set ‘yearly’ and to be ‘paid in full’ during joining/renewal. Membership fees will not be taken on ‘Pro Rata’ basis.

Membership fees will be taken through online payment via Sujan website or by offline payment. Please contact us for arranging and confirmation of offline payments)

Membership fees once taken will be ‘Non Refundable’ & will not be carried forward to next year.

Membership privileges ( e.g. discounted pricing/ticket assurance) if offered for any event organised by Sujan, won’t be transferable to others.

Only Sujan Members will be entitled to participate in voting & join committee(s) in the AGM.

Sujan Executive Committee will reserve right to refuse or revoke membership at any stage.

Sujan Executive Committee will reserve right to set or revise membership fees and discount (%) of tickets to organised events.

Sujan will assume consent to store some personal information ( Name, Contact details, Age etc) by joining/renewing members.

Sujan members will be obliged to accept and follow the ‘Constitution of Sujan’ in terms of ‘code of conduct’ & ‘conflict of interest’ scenarios.
